PREORDER CANCELLATIONS

OG Caulkin Balls is a pre-release product still in development and testing. You may cancel your order any time before shipment for a full refund. Email caulkinballsog@gmail.com with your order number to request cancellation.

DEVELOPMENT OR SHIPPING CHANGES

If the shipping timeline changes, we will contact you with the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. If a material product feature changes, we will explain the change and get your agreement before shipping.

AFTER DELIVERY

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you need help with a return, email caulkinballsog@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
