Shipping policy

PREORDER SHIPPING

OG Caulkin Balls is a pre-release product still in development and testing. It is not in stock or ready to ship. Payment is collected in full when you order.

Our current target shipment is Late 2026. This is a target, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will email development and shipping updates and send tracking when your order ships. We plan to fulfill preorders in the order received as production units become available.

Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

If the shipping timeline changes, we will contact you with the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. You may cancel any time before shipment for a full refund.

For questions, address changes, or cancellations, email caulkinballsog@gmail.com with your order number.
